About The Dollery
The Dollery is an online shop selling Arias and Llorens dolls and related products to customers in the United Kingdom.
Reborn Dolls & Co. · Registered in England, company number 17166512.
You can reach us at info@reborndollshop.co.uk or through our contact page.
Using this website
You are welcome to browse and buy from The Dollery for your own personal use. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, extract its content in bulk, or use it in a way that interferes with other customers.
The design, text and photography on this site belong to us or to our suppliers, and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Products
We sell genuine dolls and accessories made by Arias and Llorens. Brand names and trade marks belong to their respective owners.
Product photographs are intended to show the item accurately, but colours can vary between screens, and handmade detailing means small differences between individual dolls are normal.
All items are subject to availability. If something you have ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you and refund you.
Product information
We take reasonable care to describe our products accurately, using information from the manufacturer. If you spot something that looks wrong, please tell us and we will correct it.
If a product you receive is not as described, that is a matter for your statutory rights and our returns policy, and nothing in these terms limits that.
Prices
All prices are shown in GBP and are the prices that apply at the time you place your order.
Our VAT position is being confirmed and this section will state it clearly. Until then, the price you see at checkout is the total amount you will be charged for the items.
Delivery is charged separately where it applies, and is shown before you pay. See our delivery page.
We try hard to keep prices accurate. If an obvious pricing error is discovered before your order is dispatched, we will contact you rather than simply processing it, and you will be free to cancel.
Orders
When you place an order we will send you an email confirming that we have received it and that your payment has been processed.
The precise point at which a contract of sale is formed is being confirmed and will be set out here. It is a legally meaningful statement, so we would rather leave it until it is right than write something approximate. Your statutory rights apply either way.
We may decline an order — for example where an item is unavailable, where there has been a pricing error, or where we are unable to deliver to the address given. If we do, you will not be charged, or you will be refunded.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never received or stored by The Dollery.
Your order is treated as paid only when we have confirmation from Stripe that the payment succeeded.
Delivery
We deliver within the United Kingdom. Delivery charges, dispatch times and carrier estimates are set out on our delivery page, and the charges shown there are the ones applied at checkout.
Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees. We will tell you when your order has been dispatched.
Returns and cancellations
Our returns and refunds policy explains how to return an item, what happens if something arrives damaged or incorrect, and how refunds are made.
That policy is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer, and does not replace or reduce them.
Website availability
We aim to keep the shop available, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted. We may need to take it down for maintenance or change parts of it, and we may update these terms.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and under your statutory rights as a consumer.
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains what we collect and what we do with it, and our cookie policy lists what we store on your device.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of the United Kingdom. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of your own jurisdiction.
